Announcement of Material Changes

Since the reopening of Ella Yoo Jewelry on August 10th, we planned to use only lab-grown stones in our existing Poetic Mind Collection.

However, we received many requests from customers asking if natural stones could be used for the gold versions.

In response, Ella Yoo Jewelry has updated its policy: lab-grown stones will be used in the silver version of the Poetic Mind Collection, while natural stones will be used in the gold version.

This change will apply to all orders placed from September 15, 2024, onwards. We remain committed to providing the best possible service to our customers.
